Conference Links for Workshop #2 — The Craft of Scenario Writing
See links below to participate in the workshop on scenario writing.
Summary
The scenario is the foundation of a war game. How do you develop good scenarios? What makes a good scenario GOOD… or a bad scenario BAD? Are there best practices that should be followed in writing scenarios? Are there worst practices that might be anticipated and avoided? What are the best media to share scenarios with players? How can we ensure our scenarios will be the appropriate foundation so a war game will go on to satisfy a sponsor? Answers to all these questions will be revealed!! …. Uhh, well, not exactly! These questions often have no easy answers. This workshop will bring together those seeking some clarity on the issues and those willing to share their experiences.
